By utilizing the substantial array of resources at our disposal; including discrete referral channels, proprietary sourcing technology, and registered talent community members, you’ll choose from a number of prescreened and prequalified candidates. Payment is contingent upon the successful identification, selection and hire of one of our referred candidates.

Fees for this type of search are generally a percentage of the candidate’s first year guaranteed base salary, with the fee being paid by the client. Our guarantee will vary depending upon the negotiated fee.
